Usability:
This is a super easy to use cold brew maker! I love how it seals and how simple it is to use. A potential issue is how thin the glass is. I read a lot of reviews saying it breaks super easy, and I can see how it might. I'm super clumsy, but I haven't broken it yet! So I just advise you to treat it delicately.
Lastly, if you don't have some kind of bottle brush, it may be difficult to clean. It's a breeze for me because I have small hands that slide right in, but those with larger hands will need a tool.
Flavor/ end product:
So far the only thing I'm unhappy with is that no matter what I do, it seems like some thin grounds ALWAYS get through the filter. I even tried grinding my own whole beans and they still get through a little bit. But I've gotten used to that now. I brew mine for longer than it recommends (I've been experimenting with amount of coffee, types of coffee, amounts of water, and brew time) so usually at LEAST 24 hours, but usually closer to 30 or more. The flavor is amazing when brewed that long. When brewed for 18-24 hours, it's still pretty good but not as bold. Either way, it's always smooth and very easy to drink!

Makes great coffee but has some downsides
It is easy to use and makes great coffee, however it has some issues -1. The narrow top design looks nice but it means you get less coffee for the amount of fridge space it takes. It also makes it harder to clean.2. The lid seal is not perfect when taking the coffee filter out.3. Phisycs makes it impossible to fill it up to the 'max' line when brewing coffee.
