The factory reconditioned one I received looked new, worked like new, and came with everything the new one did. It looks great with all the stainless appliances we have.     I liked the shape and style of this toaster to match the stainless, retro thing I have going on in my kitchen. It looks great, but can't make toast to save its life. It's actually cuisinart, which I didn't want to buy because I had read the reviews and thought it was conair, as advertised. When it arrived it said "Cuisinart" all over it. Here it is: CONAIR CPT180 Mysterious. Whatever happened to those ten dollar toasters that used to make toast?

    The toaster looks great and works well enough, but the slots, while wide, are much too short. Any bread other than Wonder-bread type does not fit and has to be cut in half.
