I'm obsessed with good decaf beans and this one is very good! it makes espresso with rich, smooth taste and good cream and is also perfect for lattes! I found it very gentle on the stomach too!

    I prefer smooth, moderate to low bitterness coffee, and light to medium roast as I'm not a fan of the charred taste of many dark coffees. This was a good coffee. I could drink it without any sweetener. I don't know if it was the bag I got but every cup had a bit of charred edge that would push forward in the flavor toward the finish of each sip. It was a tasty cup of coffee, just not quite to my personal preference.

    I'd bought another brand of similarly priced, quality, tested medium roast organic decaf at the same time and comparing the two, I'll buy more of the other but don't care to try this one again.

    Long time coffee snob here and now, because of health reasons, have to switch to decaf. It's been hard finding a decaf that tastes good. Although this is very expensive it is actually really good. It's very smooth and low acid similar to a cold brew, but without caffeine of course. Will buy again.

    Good flavor but at this price, I would expect fresh coffee roasted within a week. They don’t print the roasted date which is always a sign of coffee that isn’t fresh. My latest delivery has a use by date of May 2025 so if I assume they quote 12 months, it was probably roasted in May which would make it at least 2 months old. It’s certainly not giving a fresh coffee crema.

    I really like this decaf coffee. I needed a high quality decaf to mix with my high quality regular coffee to make half-caf in the morning.

    On Amazon I did a search for Organic Kona Decaf whole bean and it came up with this brand. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it had very weak taste and that taste was no good. I thought maybe I didn't put enough in so put a lot in and less water and steeped a long time. Nope; was the same. I see there are a lot of 5 reviews here, but I threw out the rest and will not order again.

    Very, very light (one might say nonexistent) on the coffee taste, but very heavy on the cocoa and fruit. It tastes very pleasant, but to me it is just a different type of hot drink. I went to a decaf dark roast of a competitor instead.
    Addendum: They offered me a full refund (unsolicited) and I accepted. I can't ask to be treated better than that.
