A Moment to Savor

What Suits Your Tastes?

Celebrate Coffee with a Variety of Ways to Brew

Coffee Brewer

Drip coffee is a convenient way to make great coffee. With the right grind and pure water, you can brew a fantastic cup in a coffee brewer.

Coffee Press

Brewing with a coffee press retains the precious natural oils otherwise absorbed by paper filters, extracting the coffee’s full flavor while giving it a rich consistency.

Pour Over

Pour-over is a beautifully simple and accessible way to brew a single cup of coffee with a clean, fully developed flavor and body.

Moka Pot

A stove-top moka pot is a small, simple and affordable way to make a strong coffee that’s remarkably similar to espresso. It may seem intimidating at first, but you’ll be whipping up a strong coffee in no time.

Product Description

Discover an array of tastes with this Starbucks curated variety pack featuring three of our most popular dark roast ground coffees. From notes of rich herbs and rustic spice, to notes of dark caramel and sweet smoke, and notes of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar, Starbucks ground coffees feature tastes that are perfect for every day. Starbucks Single-Origin Sumatra coffee—Grown on a lush Indonesian island, this spicy coffee is truly one of a kind. We fell in love with Sumatran coffee in 1971, and it’s been one of our most treasured offerings ever since. The taste is distinctive and unmistakable—strikingly bold and full-bodied with rich herbals, rustic spice notes and a muted acidity. Starbucks French Roast coffee—Muted with oil, the tumbling beans become eerily silent. A master roaster watches, knowing that if he pushes them a second too long, they’ll burst into flame. White smoke hangs down as the glistening beans turn ebony. This is French Roast, and you can’t roast it darker. Straightforward, light-bodied with low acidity, and immensely popular since 1971, our darkest roast is adored for its intense smokiness. Starbucks Caffè Verona coffee—Named after a city known for romance because it’s easy to fall in love at first sip. This multi-region blend has been winning hearts for decades. Originally created as a dessert coffee for a Seattle restaurant, it quickly became a hit in our stores. Well-balanced and rich with flavors of dark cocoa and caramelized sugar, it pairs perfectly with anything chocolate. Nestlé uses Starbucks trademarks under license

Freshest bag I have ever bought followed by worst bag I ever bought
3 out of 5 stars
Freshest bag I have ever bought followed by worst bag I ever bought
I have changed my rating to 3 stars because the second time I ordered this there was not even an oil sheen to the beans and many were light in color as well as there being no expiration date on the packaging. The supplier for that order was Happy Days Are Coming and recommend you make sure they are NOT the ones fulfilling your order. Original review follows.I was skeptical about purchasing Starbucks French Roast online from Amazon opposed to the warehouse club where I purchase it for a few dollars less. When I received the bag I was happy to see an expiration date 4 months from now, better than the wholesale club and I was even more impressed when I opened the bag to find very dark beans glistening with oil; very rarely have I found them this fresh there. As I go through a bag every couple of weeks I will continue to update my review if there is any significant change to the quality. The picture may not do the beans justice; they are very dark and coated in oil.

I can't say I prefer my coffee anything other than plain and dark, so I settled with a Starbucks Style French Roast. Sometimes I bite away at the beans, maybe a pinchful now and then, to curb my cravings. Other than that, I've taken heed to directions on the No-Doz label from back in the day 2000s? Two cups every 3 or 4 hours and no more. Beyond that and I get jittery and paranoid. Some people, on the other hand, drink it all day. I included 4 liters of water a day after quitting smoking by way of anesthesia while having wisdom teeth pulled and have since regained some sense of calm that I didn't have while smoking - took a whole full year to feel I had improved. I was told nicotine reduces the spine's healing by 50% when I went to see a chiropractor. If there's any part of the body more critical than the brain or heart, it would then be the spine. So, no withdrawal symptoms, and if you know anyone who smokes and wants to quit, anesthesia's the way. It works without trouble. They need to commit to quit also, meaning before they go in for any surgery, to have one last smoke and discard the rest for good. I quit all drugs and alcohol up to the point that I still drink coffee. For now, I can manage with it, but sometimes I think the cravings are so strong that I need to quit it. Any coffee drinker could relate, I guess, that coffee is a huge craving, but besides that I like the flavor of coffee, the energy it gives, and I haven't switched to green tea or oolong tea because they don't seem to substitute well enough.

Yep, it's genuine startucks french roast whole bean. The use by date seems to be several months off on the few that I've purchased. Anyway no freshness issues. I grind in a Breville and then use another Breville to brew. Yumm... here's how I make an amazing cup of Joe. Props to Popular Mechanics for the tips.

1- Open this package and take out about 2 Tablespoons of Coffee beens... roughly I go for a ratio of coffee to water of 1:6
2- Grind up beans. I use a Coffeemate Grinder, but would like to get a conical burr grinder for an even smoother, uniform flavor.
3- Pour ground coffee into French Press and then pour hot (almost boiling but not quite) water on top. Only cover the grounds... do not fill up.
4- Then, after 30 seconds, pour the remaining hot water into the French Press. Stir a few times with a long spoon. Don't stir to much, just to get it nice and even.
5- Put the lid on the French press and wait a minute. Then press it down. If you are not going to pour it into your cup right away, pour it into a pot so that it doesn't sit too long, or else it will be too strong tasting.
6- To make a Cafe Au Lait (coffee with milk) empty out the French Press and rinse it. Then pour hot milk into the press. Pump the press vigorously like you were pumping up a ball. The milk will get nice and foamy/frosty. If you want to add sugar, add the sugar to your coffee and stir it up before you add the milk.
7-Pour milk on top of your coffee, let cool a little bit, and enjoy!

I have just found the miracle that is cold brew coffee. I have avoided it at coffee houses and in the store because of the cost, but I recently purchased a cold brew pitcher and of course, I had to have Starbucks coffee to make my cold brew. It's great. You can grind the coffee courser than you normally would for an automatic drip machine or if you are in the mood for a cup of hot coffee, you just grind the beans finer. I doubt I will ever go back to ground coffee again. It's a little more work but well worth it.

For me no other coffee comes near in flavour and when Starbucks stopped selling it in the UK I was forced to try many ! Fabulous dark deep intense flavour ! No acidic frutiness that light coffees have which I dislike.
I started buying it from the USA where they still sell it but this involved hefty postage and customs fees. It was still worth it because I couldn't find a similar coffee here. Just brillant that Tormart Ltd via Amazon have started selling it in the UK so I can purchase it for a lower price with no customs fees and free postage. Please keep selling this Tormart !
